GRETCHEN
DIrector of Operations
Gretchen is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance with over 300 hours of teacher training experience. She holds certifications in Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin Yoga. She loves teaching yoga to beginners as well as seasoned yogis. She believes yoga can be for every "Body"! Her classes are designed to stretch, tone, increase flexibility and challenge your entire body.
With 10 years of management experience in the Retail field. She manages Purefit Wellness LA's Pros as well as coordinates the Wellness Programs with companies in the Los Angeles and adjacent territories.

SHIMENG
Yoga. Aerial Yoga
Shimeng is a certified 200 hours yoga instructor, certified NASM personal instructor and TRX. She also teaches Acro Yoga. Shimeng is currently a student at Mount St. Mary's University to attain a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Sarah has practiced yoga since childhood and has published a book on chakras and yoga, Balancing The Wheels. With two RYT 500 certificates (ISHTA Yoga and YogaWorks) she also holds certificates in prenatal yoga, water yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and in Yin Yoga and has backgrounds in Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, and Jivamukti.

The sacred art of yoga has been my doorway to self-awareness- mind, body, spirit. It is a bridge that connects parts of ourselves towards integration and wholeness. For all the miraculous I have experienced within this practice, I cannot help but share with others. Meditation, yin yoga, vinyasa flow, and pranayama breathing exercises are my jam! These modalities are timeless and they evolve as we do.

Pilates Reformer & Mat Pilates instructor
Debbie, a life-long exercise enthusiast, took her first Pilates class in 2014 and loved the flow and energy of the classes as well as the strength gained. Within months, Debbie decided to turn that love of fitness into a career in Pilates. She earned her Pilates certification in 2016. Debbie has a depth of experience teaching a variety of clients and class formats. As a former corporate employee and busy parent, she knows the value of time so her goal when teaching is to make each class a full body workout that is deliberate, encouraging, fun, and constantly evolving.

Shaun McNally strives to lead an inclusive and anatomically safe, multi-level class ranging from restorative to power flow. She includes relaxation and restoration by engaging practitioners in prāṇāyāma and meditation. Shaun is passionate about using her practice as a path toward social justice and volunteers multiple times a week sharing yogic practices.

ALEX
Alex Rodriguez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, and reiki practitioner. Struggling with anxiety and depression, Alex learned she could use breathing techniques to calm her nervous system and come back into her body. She has the privilege of sharing Yoga with diverse communities and is certified from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health as well as trauma-informed certified.

JOSHUA
Kundalini Yoga . Personal Trainer
Joshua Stern is a Certified Personal Trainer and Kundalini Yoga Instructor. He has been helping clients reach their personal fitness and wellness goals for over 15 years and brings a truly well-rounded and customized approach to his sessions. He has trained and taught at well-established venues such as Equinox Fitness Club, Loews Hotel Santa Monica and Golden Bridge Yoga and holds certifications from the Cooper Institute, NASM, Equinox and Golden Bridge Yoga (IKYTA Certified).

AMY
Kundalini Yoga . EFT.
Amy is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and prenatal Kundalini instructor. Devoted to the practice for 15 years, she completed teacher training 3 years ago. She loves to share Kundalini with others as its ability to transform the body and mind works with a quickness. She is also a certified practitioner in Emotional Freedom Techniques (also known as tapping) and a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

SILVI
Meditation Instructor
Silvi is a mom, a former elementary school teacher, NASM certified fitness trainer, and a McLean Meditation Institute certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor. Silvi began her own meditation practice several years ago and it changed her life. Silvi became more calm, self aware, and confident. Silvi was so thrilled with the positive changes in her life that she wanted to share this with other people and became a Simple, Easy, Every Day (SEED) meditation instructor. Silvi offers meditation and mindfulness training for individuals, groups, kids, and corporations.
Janelle
Yoga Instructor
Janelle grew up as a competitive swimmer from the age of 5 through college. She had a wake-up call in 2012 when she found herself with two herniated discs in her lower back where her doctor told her it was either back surgery or stop all the extreme workouts. It was through yoga that Janelle was able to avoid surgery and began to find a better connection with her mind and body. After teaching Pilates and yoga on the side for many years, in 2016 she quit her corporate job to fully dedicate her self to the life long study of the practice. Janelle has completed over 500 hours of study from teachers including Annie Carpenter, Bianca Fearon, and Layna Dakin.


Michelle
Yoga Instructor , Reiki Master
Michelle believes reiki, yoga, and acupuncture are the ultimate dream team that can help alleviate anything affecting the mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to ignite a passion for life and enlighten her students/clients so they can regain the connection between their mind, body, and soul, become grounded and at peace in their everyday lives. Her yoga style is a powerful, fun and energetic vinyasa flow with an emphasis on mediation, basic alignment, and breathwork. She is currently in the process of attaining a Masters of Oriental Medicine, Herbal Medicine, and Acupuncture.
