What will I need for the session(s)?
Depending on the class and location it will vary.
Most common would be:
Yoga mat
Yoga block (optional)
Yoga strap (optional)
Face towel
Bottled water
Sunblock (outdoor)
Sunglasses (outdoor)
Can the session take place at the office, a nearby park, villa or a location of choice?
The lesson can be indoor or outdoors. Most common would be an open space in the workplace such as a conference room. We also host sessions at Villas for a teambuilding wellness experience. As long as there is space we can make it work!
*Lessons can take place at a nearby park so long as it's permitted.
Can you provide yoga mats?
In most cases, the company provides the mats or the lesson is advertised to the employees as "bring your own mat". However, we are able to bring some extras to support the class. Each mat rental will be an additional charge of $3 for handling/cleaning.
What are your Corporate Wellness options?
We will create and coordinate the logistics to provide your company with the Wellness Program best for your team.
Most Popular:
Weekly Sessions (Ex: Wednesday lunchtime yoga 12pm-1pm).
Twice a week sessions (Ex: Tuesday and Thursday Yoga 5pm-6pm).
Monthly sessions first Tuesday of each month.
4 week challenge.
8 week challenge.
One-time Team building event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for sessions canceled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Any cancellations that fall under the 24 hour period will be charged in full.

Studio rental: Full refund if canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Any cancellations that fall under the 48 hour period will be charged in full.
What is your class package policy?
Class packages are non-refundable and not transferrable. The same person must redeem the sessions. Sessions must be redeemed 180 days from the date of purchase. Any sessions not redeemed will expire after the 180 days.
